Refund policy

If a book is not useful to you, email vincent@yzcworks.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number and we will refund you in full. No reason needed. We reply within 5 business days, and the refund goes back to your original payment method.
Faulty files
If a file is broken or not as described, email us at any time and we will fix it or, if we can't, refund you.
Your consumer rights
This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other consumer laws, which it does not limit.
