Privacy policy

• Your email address, if you sign up for sample chapters or updates. We use it to send what you asked for and occasional news about the books. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Your order details (name, email, location, what you bought), if you buy a book. Checkout is run by our payment provider, which handles your payment details under its own privacy policy. We never see your card details.
• Anonymous page-view counts. We use no tracking cookies.

We use this information only to run the site, deliver your order and send our emails: emails with your consent, orders to fulfil our contract with you, and page counts in our legitimate interest in improving the site. We do not sell it or share it for advertising.

We use a few service providers for checkout, email and hosting. They are based in the United States and the European Union, so your information is disclosed outside Australia.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or complain about how we handled it, by emailing vincent@yzcworks.com. We reply within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the OAIC (oaic.gov.au) or, in the EU or UK, to your local data protection authority.

We keep your email until you unsubscribe, and order records as long as tax law requires. If this policy changes, we update this page.
